Day 1 (July 4, 2010): Anchorage to Lakeview Campground AK (Site 13), 377 miles. 9:40 AM The trip south began by retracing my arrival day, past the Matanuska Glacier to Tok. I worked Andy in Russia from the Chevron station (with my electrically noisy motor off) and twice saw a Delorean in Tok, then drove to this campground at Yager Lake. I was its only overnight resident... except for many mosquitoes.
