This hike is over! (Day 9, August 20, 1999... our 33rd anniversary!) I left my informal Gill Brook tent site at 8:30 AM and reached this Ausable Club register at 10:00 AM. The attendant allowed me to call Helen, and I waited for her in my hammock, down near Route 73.
