Rider Avenue takes me to Joppa Road, where I turn left for a short walk over the light-rail bridge to the intersection of Joppa (right/left) and Bellona Avenue (straight ahead in the photo): 21 minutes. I cut across to the street merging with Bellona just ahead of that second vehicle: Winespring Lane.
