On June 7 we made Adel GA, and on the 8th moved on to Franklin NC. A ten-minute diversion at Clayton GA found the SC line to fill a hole in my "states visited" map. Just ahead is an attractive Chattooga River recreation area. We made Franklin about 2PM.
