The W3MI transmitter. The BC-459 (used as VFO) is behind the chart in the second panel down, and the calibrated dial just below the chart frame. An external link-coupled antenna tuner sits on top of the 6-foot rack. Howard included a castered wooden dolly. The power supply, with a huge transformer, is at the bottom, and the modulator is just above it, behind the blank panel below the meters.
