I'd been climbing for about 1:45 when I took this shot of St. Niklaus shortly before 10:00 AM. I could see the street I descended from Wichul and Feld yesterday, the riverside highway along which I walked, the traffic circle with the red "St. Niklaus" statue, and the old city center where my hotel was located.
