By 1:00 PM I was in my Holiday Inn Express (Geneva Airport) room! Without my even asking, the receptionist immediately brought the duffel bag they'd held for the past month. That afternoon I strolled to a food store in a nearby shopping mall, blissfully unaware of tomorrow's problems arising from United's cancellation of its Zurich-Newark flight. But I certainly enjoyed this hotel room! My hike was over.
