Day 8 (July 11 2010 ), Powder River WY to Sioux Falls SD (KOA Campground, Site T9), 601 miles. 7:00 AM The Powder River is just behind the truck, the Rest Area is about 100 yards in front of it, and Interstate 90 is a few hundred yards from the right edge of the photo. This site was vacant at 7:30 PM, but nobody was present to collect my fee, nor was a drop box provided. Notice the mounds in the background, across the Powder River.
